CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another guest. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment — or no-shows — may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment may incur a 25% fee.
